Motivation gives us a motive or reason pushing us to work towards or for a goal. These reasons motivate us to betroth in a certain chosen or intended behavior. Our questionnaire wants to be able to measure the level of pauperization of the diverse students in Effat University. Motivation is the activation or energization of goal-orientated behavior. The term is largely utilize for humans but, theoretically, it can also be used to describe the causes for animal behavior as well. According to miscellaneous theories, motivation may be rooted in the staple fibre need to minimize physical pain and maximize pleasure, or it may include specific needs such as eating and resting, or a desired object, hobby, goal, state of being, ideal, or it may be attributed to less-apparent reasons such as altruism, selfishness, morality, or avoiding mortality. Conceptually, motivation should not be confused with e really volition or optimism.
