1.My recital of Hammurabis first code of righteousnesss is if one impeachs another of wrong doing but has no evidence to prove it, then he or she shall die. This is definitely a grownup law that should not be passed because everyone makes mistakes. population who falsely accuse others, whether intentional or unintentional, are still human beings and do not deserve such harsh punishments like death. In todays society, many people would use this law to manipulate and wrong others just because they drop a strong dislike for them. in like manner usage of this law in todays time, the death penalty would keep to be approved around the world.People would lose a haulage of loved ones. We would have more grave sites then houses.



Our chink population would not be able to hold all the people that will be waiting for their death sentence. People falsely accused people all the time.Another reason this law couldnt work today is because we wouldnt vote for a law of that nature.

2.My interpretation of Hammurabis 4th law they would go to the elders to solve land ,animal and money issue that might be owed. I would word its a good law as long as the elders have no relation to either party and if the elders had nothing to have from their purpose .The use of this law will not be a good law for today world. I opine people are not as honest today as they where then.
