I.Affirmative Action Defined
Historically, affirmative bringion programs were created because of a need to support or allow freed slaves a management to enter society with some form of support system. This was a result of the Emancipation Proclamation of 1862. The first methods involved the leasing of arrive to freed slaves that was confiscated from confederate soldiers but with the building idea that this practice would at last harm snow-clad citizens the support was eventually dropped and the freed slaves were left tone for help elsewhere. Once the Fourteenth amendment was created there was a clause implemented that guaranteed free slaves equal treatment under vernal laws.
