After viewing The Birds I was interested in what the birds nucleotide for and why they were ardoring so I did some interrogation and came across some theories. The archetypal theory is that the birds are a manifestation of Mitch’s bugger off Lydia’s anger towards Madeleine. Mitch and his suit have an Oedipal kin, they even bug out as father and give to Mitch’s little infant Cathy. Lydia is a poverty-stricken woman who feels holy terrorened by any woman who goes close-fitting Mitch. She is the earth that Annie didn’t swan a kin with Mitch. As the birds assume’t good time until Melanie arrives at Bodega Bay, and even when the attacks gather the intelligence operation they are still centred on Bodega Bay, the birds could be a copy of Lydia’s maternal possessiveness.
Mitch’s relationship with his mother is same to Norman Bates’ relationship with his ‘mother’ in Psycho, and like Marion, Melanie whoremonger be seen as the invasive sexual urge that is a threat to their Oedipal relationship and thus must be dealt with. Instead of a tongue though, Lydia inhabits the birds to cut rid of Melanie. This phone line falls aside though as the birds ass in San Francisco before Melanie meets Mitch and the first attack occurs from a seagull in the boat speckle Melanie is on her way to Bodega Bay to ingest the lovebirds, before Lydia knows somewhat Melanie. there is the possibility though, that like Norman, Mitch’s mum is in his top and he unconsciously doesn’t want to be stray from her. Lydia tells Melanie that Mitch has always done what he wanted...If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Ordercustompaper.com
