My plan to get my extensive point has become a need in order to further and/or survive in my career field of Facility Management. A degree will allow me to expand my abilities in Management by allowing me to learn varied managing techniques, so that I can perform at a higher level to meet the ever changing take of the employees and buildings that I manage.

I believe that my degree will besides help me to demonstrate my ability to finish a travail and manage all the life issues that come with adding parturiency to the conventionalism everyday life. My first attempt at getting my degree was derailed by my lack of planning and understanding what it would take to finish. I had no wife and kids and thought I had all the clipping in the world to finish being 20 geezerhood old. Ive now learned with more responsibilities, how to prioritize task and create a balance between work, school and family.
