What I want to say is in any company in process of outsourcing after stage planning diminishs stage developing. Let imagine that we get near(a) contract ,after that we are supposed to set this outsourcing product in our company ,in order to do it in right means we should hire some people who will follow up the process of business process managing. Who will manage all processes while developing outsourcing. That is also important part of outsourcing .After all this stage will pass there will come next stages as implementation and surviving.
