Im a student at smoke State University and Im majoring in Legal Studies. Ive come to realize once a student graduates, the options of a c beer for a student can range from workings as an individual, working in a firm and heretofore working for the goverenment.
The management theories Ill be discussing about argon burecracy bureaucracy management and behavior management. Ill be incompatible and comparing the theories. As a student the theories will function me understand how some organizations works.
Bureau, is a frenchFrench word meaning desk, or by extension and an office. Burecracy, is a rule through desk or office, that is a form of organization built on the planning and dispatch of written documents.
Bureaucratic management focuses on the boilersuit organizational system, and its based upanupon firm rules, policies and procedures; a fixed pecking order; and a clear division of labor (Fandt, Goodman, Lewis & Michlitsch, 2007, p. 37).
Max Weber, was a German socialogistsociologist saw capitalism as a demythologized way to organize activities. Weber also believed that bureacracybureaucracy management had charactersticscharacteristics that would be to a greater extent efficient and adaptable to change.
