In the world of the Chinese Americans no rules apply, they ar treated in a way that is non welcome to the American lifestyle. Chinese Americans were not treated equally and their inhabit in America was getting worse by 1866, because the fourteenth amendment wasnt pertaining to them, they were not treated equally by the federal official government or society.
This event happened in 1854; in the solid ground of California. There was conflict between citizens and the supreme courts of California, because the Chinese werent forte to own against a neat man who was accused of kill a man; the only evidence of the crime pickings place were the witnesses. The Chinese were the only witnesses so they were sent to testify, besides because they had come from Chinese descent they werent aloud to testify and the man was acquitted. They were not aloud to testify because the attempt (Hicks) give tongue to that when Columbus landed in America he plan he was in India he made all of the Indians in America and because India is Chinas dwell country he said that they were the same so they were fundamentally savage to him.
This is constitutionally incorrect because this is racist and in the preamble it says that you have the right to equality, and the government cares for the common defense. They are not being treated as equals and/or being defended by the government because of some crazy antic that a judge said, they are breaking the constitutional law.
The building of the transcontinental railway took place in 1862, when Chinese Americans were working to build the transcontinental railroad in Sacramento, California. As they worked they discovered that they were working on much worse terms than the white workers, they were being paying(a) 26-35 dollars and they had to find their own way to get food and shelter.
