The Beach

It was an early Saturday morning, as I walked down to the beach a chilly draught blew by me taking my spirit with it and I felt how incessantlyy tiny single strand of hair on my arms stood up sending electric tingles each the expressive style down my spine. Slowly looking up into the criticise sky I saw the sun peaking its way higher up the horizon. The beach appeared deserted, quiet, and peaceful. The smell of the salty sea itched my nose as I breathed in a breath of the clear crisp naval breeze. With each step I took towards the ocean I could feel how the warm sand crunched between my toes. The way the sand poured onto my feet and out the spaces between my toes made my heart in some way pound like a unified drum beat in a marching band. to a higher place me, I heard the faint sounds of the seagulls, flapping their wings sailplaning gracefully over me in search of food. Usually seagulls rebuke me. But on this day, the sound of their presence was somehow hypnotizing, cream my soul with a peaceful ease and providing the most soothing sound I can remember from that day.
There I was, standing in front of this great basin of locomote water, the emptiness of the atmosphere seemed to make it appear even larger.

I could taste the salt in the air from the crashing waves, and as I gazed at the striking ocean tiny rainbows sparkled with the prisms of the oceans spray. I closed my eyes for a second afloat(p) into another realm as I heard the oceans plain endless cycle.
